We expect all orders to be processed within 2-5 days, but due to exceptionally high demand at the carriers, some orders may be delayed.

Please note: Some products are available for pre-order, which means that delivery times are longer for orders that include pre-order products. The expected delivery time is stated on the product page.

The discount ladder is structured in three steps, applies to all products, and starts at 15% on all orders under €220.

This gives you the opportunity to supplement your collection with some of our bestsellers at a competitive price. This could be our popular frying pan, for example, or our quality chef's knives.

If you add products for €220 or more to your basket, you save 20% – this could be our frying pan set or our three most popular kitchen knives, for example.

When you add products for €590 or more to your basket, you save 25%.
This could be our complete 5-ply set or our Ultimate Collection knife set, for example.

It is not possible to use discount codes during Black Friday, and Black Friday offers cannot be combined with other offers, discount codes, etc. If you have a discount code that you would like to use on our website, you can do so again from Monday, 1 December.
